SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed before 11.00 am are shipped on the same day and after 11.00 am or on weekends are shipped on the next day from our warehouse in Chandigarh by reputed esteemed courier agencies.
The delivery time is explained as:
Time of Delivery:
For the National orders, the expected time of delivery of the order is between 3 to 7 working days but remote locations may take between 10 to 15 working days. For International orders, the expected time of delivery of the order is between 7 to 15 working days.
Your tracking number will be emailed along with the link enabling the tracking status of your order.
A signature is required on each delivery. Please provide, if possible, an alternative who can initial in case you are not there to receive the delivery.
Regarding complaints for your orders please contact Customer Care on 0172-4008438 within 7 working days from order delivery for resolution.
Shipping and handling Charges:
For National orders Shipping and Handling charges are not applicable throughout India. For International orders, the rates may vary for each country and also on product, packaging, size, volume, weight, type etc. and the charges will reflect on the final checkout as per the shipping destination and the size and weight of the package.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
LifyBox keeps its sheer focus on customer service providing you a wonderful experience of online shopping. However, due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the products, once opened it is Non-Returnable.
In the unlikely scenario where a damaged or a different item is delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement as applicable. Please contact us by calling Customer Care on 0172-4008438 (within working hours 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays) or mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the delivery, with your order details and an accompanying photo of the same. We will get back to you before the end of the day with regard to your complaints (if any ;)).
